CNN's Jake Tapper pans Sen. Josh Hawley's 'stunt to join with the election conspiracy theorists'

This week GOP Sen. Josh Hawley said he would object to the certification of the Electoral College vote next week. CNN’s Jake Tapper also noted that Hawley was teaming up with “election conspiracy theorists”:

Somebody from CNN trying to criticize “election conspiracy theorists” is as rich as it gets.

And CNN hosts were more than happy to give them a platform on their network!

When it comes to entertaining “election conspiracy theorists,” CNN should really sit this one out (not that they’re self-aware enough to do so).

Additionally, did the media refer to congressional Democrats who contested the Electoral College certification after previous elections as “conspiracy theorists”?
