As you’re no doubt well aware, Joe Biden has made a national mask “mandate” one of the main promises of his campaign, while also admitting that it wouldn’t be constitutional and would be more of a recommendation.
However, the Biden camp clearly thinks the mask issue is a winner, and as such is trying to portray Joe as exactly the leader that’s required for these times:
