'The new blacklist': 'Will & Grace' actors want Trump's Beverly Hills fundraiser attendees outed (and people have thoughts)

President Trump will have a mid-September fundraiser in Beverly Hills, California:

That doesn’t sit well with “Will & Grace” actors Eric McCormack and Debra Messing, who want the media to take immediate “name & shame” action:

Hey, @THR, kindly report on everyone attending this event, so the rest of us can be clear about who we don’t wanna work with. Thx. https://t.co/7W3xPG3bI2

— Eric McCormack (@EricMcCormack) August 30, 2019

Please print a list of all attendees please. The public has a right to know. https://t.co/YV4UoxrPHI

Well, there it is:

you wanna know why anyone in Hollywood who thinks for themselves has to keep their mouths shut and their heads down? Like Joe McCarthy, Eric sees ruining a career as a viable method to encourage lockstep. Be like me, or you're finished. https://t.co/g23sVysfCK

Not the first time in history people who worked in Hollywood were asked to be reported for their political associations and private gatherings. https://t.co/Xa8gIJLjJB

The Hollywood left used to talk about this sort of thing like it was terrible, but not in this case obviously:

McCarthy did this — to actors and actresses — and you people lost your minds. https://t.co/KpFOzNbvMO

But this time it’s different.

You already know them.

They are your co-workers. Members of your crew. Office workers at the studio. Security guards on the backlot and at your red carpet events.

But you wouldn't know it.

Your intolerance has forced them into the closet.

Ironic, isn't it? https://t.co/c2E5VDV4fE

Look, a celebrity is against the First Amendment right to assemble freely and is advocating doxxing. Incredible. https://t.co/iaWksEFNQF

Ever tolerant and diverse Hollywood celebs favor Stalanist tactics cuz once we eliminate half the country, utopia awaits. Or something.#altleft #ToleranceMob https://t.co/tAFBcZ6QMK

And yet they’ll call Trump the fascist. The level of projection that comes from some in Hollywood is incredible.
