OUCH! Bill de Blasio's 'largest crowd of the day' in Iowa has even captured the White House's attention

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is running for the Democrat nomination, and he’s already spoken to farmers in a living room in Iowa. Next it was time to take his message to a much larger audience, as evidenced by last night’s speech:

The total headcount (not including press or de Blasio campaign aides) was 30 by my count.

Can you feel the De Blasio-mentum?

Not exactly a Trump rally, but he’s getting there. Or maybe not…

I had three times this many at the garage sale last weekend. https://t.co/cWIo0v6lnM

Feel the momentum of De Blasio ‘20!

It’s a helpful way to remember how many people are in this room. https://t.co/SCGbqZVPXK

Bill De Blasio’s “largest crowd of the day” was apparently a solid 25 people ? https://t.co/wnoyxH5Rpc

Largest crowd of the day. This looks like one of those @FrankLuntz focus groups. https://t.co/7D7Ix9vV2U

And even the White House took notice, because Kellyanne Conway responded this way:

Size matters, deBlasio.

This is how it’s done.
