It was bound to happen at some point — and frankly we’re a bit surprised one of the first Judiciary Committee Dems to do so wasn’t one of the presidential candidates — but Sen. Mazie Hirono called on Attorney General Bill Barr to resign:

However, Hirono didn’t seem to expect Barr to resign immediately, because she had a list of talking points to share:
"You should resign," Sen. Hirono said.
Then she says, "I have some questions for you."

After Hirono went on reciting a pre-written monologue, committee chair Lindsey Graham had heard enough:

Hirono had no interest in anything but trying to resuscitate a Dem narrative that has sunk.
