As we told you earlier this week, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez attempted to dunk on Republicans with a tweet about the GOP posing an “older male member” of the party next to a cardboard cutout of her. However, AOC’s dunk attempt turned into an epic faceplant after it was noticed the “Republican” in the photo was actually her Democrat colleague, Rep. John Yarmuth. After that, AOC couldn’t reach the “delete” key fast enough.
But the MSM being the MSM, ABC News took a “Republicans pounce” angle to the story, and they’re not alone, as evidenced by USA Today:
Unsurprisingly, some Republican commentators called out Ocasio-Cortez's blunder. https://t.co/KWqL9u9P6C

But do they know what’s also unsurprising?
Unsurprisingly, USA Today and every other major publication completely ignored AOC's blunder.

Stay predictable, MSM!
Best part of these headlines is the implied "But of course we journalists didn't" https://t.co/NiOgbQriyv

Yep, they never really seem to realize what they’re actually saying.
