Puh-LEEZE! Several states sue Trump admin for having audacity to roll back Michelle Obama's school lunch standards

The school lunch regs that were put into place back when Barack Obama was in the White House were championed by then-FLOTUS Michelle Obama, but the standards that made so many students gag and caused a lot of food end up in garbage cans have been rolled back, and some states don’t like it:

More from ABC News:

When the Obama-era changes to school lunch standards were introduced and championed by the first lady, the effort faced pushback both on the Hill and in some school districts. In 2014, the House Appropriations Committee voted to let schools choose whether to participate in the program. At the time, that move was seen as a potential first step toward easing standards.

The lawsuit — brought by New York, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Vermont and Washington, D.C. — asks the court to put a hold on the administration’s sodium and whole grain standards and alleges that the changes are “not in accordance with the law.”

Some state leaders are suing because the Trump administration is no longer ordering them to do something that was spearheaded by a former first lady?

The liberal complaints probably have more to do with another Obama “legacy” ending up in the trash can.
