As Twitchy told you earlier, President Trump and CNN’s Jim Acosta had another fiery back and forth during a press conference announcing the declaration of a national emergency at the border. At one point, Acosta asked Trump if the border crisis is manufactured, and the president instead told him to ask another group of people in attendance:
