While most eyes were on the unfolding story about Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam on Friday, there was another report involving the office of Sen. Chuck Schumer:
1. Scoop: Chuck Schumer's longtime communications director Matt House was forced out last November after it was revealed that he had inappropriate sexual encounters with junior staffers leading some to feel uncomfortable. https://t.co/h6uDNS5n1J

This happened last November. Meanwhile, some are wondering why nobody in the media could sniff out that story earlier:
You do great reporting @yashar but how is it excusable for something like this to come out now vs November. Especially given the #metoo movement then. Schumer should have to answer.

Media kept this quiet

It’s a mystery.
This coverup by Chuck Schumer of sexual harassment by his top aide on Capitol Hill is not getting enough attention…..#metoo https://t.co/iDpkxPQ8Yy

Another classic example of the Democrats doing their very best to cover their transgressions. Now, if this were a Republican, all hell would be breaking. Talk about hypocrisy. https://t.co/0QqxPGi2cg
