If Democrats in December of 2017 were to be believed, the looming repeal of Obama-era net neutrality regs would be the end of the Internet as Americans’ knew it, and possibly even kill off anybody who had been lucky enough to survive climate change and tax cuts:

#NetNeutrality rules were put in place to protect consumers. Repealing those protections would allow internet service providers to limit or block consumers’ access to the internet solely to boost corporate profits.
