Earlier this week it was reported that Sen. Bernie Sanders was caught spending about $300,000 on private jet travel for cross-country campaigning ahead of the November midterms:
BUSTED! Climate hypocrite Bernie Sanders caught spending $300K on private jets; Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hardest hit? https://t.co/lSSexBpnEj

Sen. Bernie Sanders' 2018 re-election camp spent almost $300,000 on private jet service for a nine-day cross country campaign trip. https://t.co/0iMjETXpE1

Feel the (fuel) Bern.
If the eco-hypocrisy wasn’t thick enough, the Daily Caller added another layer to the original story:
The same day his campaign cut a check to the private jet company, Sanders called climate change a “planetary crisis.” https://t.co/jI82F9VC7L

LMAO! Apparently the effort to get more Dems elected took precedence over the “planetary crisis” that month.
This is why a large chunk of the country tunes this hysteria out. The people screaming most about climate change always have enormous carbon footprints. https://t.co/AKJpxHpv5Y

But they plant trees and travel around preaching against fossil fuels to “offset” that, or something.
No no–you have to understand that Bernie, or Al Gore, can have the carbon footprint of a small country, but it's ok, because they're "doing good". On the other hand, you, with your SUV, are a war criminal. And there's no such word as hypocrisy.
