Democrat Rep. and possible 2020 presidential candidate Eric Swalwell has already said that Robert Mueller is way smarter than he is (one hundred times smarter to be exact), but Swalwell’s still trying to help out with the investigation nonetheless by pointing to where he thinks Trump/Russia collusion exists:

Hillary worked with a British spy for dirt on Trump, but they didn’t have any so they made stuff up.
Then took those lies to a sympathetic group in law enforcement who brought it to the FISA Court.
