Late last month SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh delivered a blistering opening statement where he slammed Democrats for turning the process into a circus, and he flatly denied the allegations against him. Seth MacFarlane thinks Kavanaugh’s vigorous defense of himself should disqualify him from serving on the Supreme Court:
Even if Brett Kavanaugh is innocent — which I do not believe — ALL he had to do to bolster the appearance of judicial fitness was to keep his cool for just a few hours. Only a few hours of even-tempered composure. That’s it. He couldn’t. He is unfit for the sobriety of this job.

So you are implying that he should “pretend” to be cool and keep his composure instead of being his honest, true self and show emotion like a real human being FIRST? A man fighting for his life who is being slandered. These arguments are getting more and more bizarre.

It’s also somewhat baffling that liberals who kept reminding everybody Kavanaugh was at a “job interview” and not a “trial” are slamming the judge for not behaving as if he was in a courtroom.
He was the accused. Not a judge.

One thing’s for certain:
If he was not vociferous in his defense then you would call him entitled or guilt ridden. There was no tone he could take that would satisfy you and others who deemed him unworthy before the hearings even began
