The government will remain fully open now that bipartisan (for the most part) agreement has been reached on a $1.1 trillion omnibus spending bill that passed through the House today:
JUST IN: House PASSES Omnibus spending bill to fund the govt through Sept 30, 309-118. Bill goes to the Senate for a vote later this week.

Notable the final House tally on omnibus looks like an actually bipartisan veto-proof majority of more than 300 in favor. Rarely seen.

The Senate will vote on the spending bill tomorrow.
The numbers don't lie. More Democrats supported omnibus than opposed it. What does that tell the leadership if anything?

Everyone should know that more Democrats voted for this omnibus spending bill than Republicans. GOP controls presidency, House, and Senate.
