In an interview yesterday at the Women in the World Summit, Hillary Clinton played the victim card in regards to her November election loss. At the summit, Clinton got a chance to tease her upcoming book where she will explain why James Comey and Wikileaks are to blame for the loss. Oh, and one other thing:
