As we reported last night, the Chicago Police Department is questioning four suspects after a highly disturbing live video streamed on the Internet showed a man being beaten and tortured to shouts of “f**k white people” and “f**k Donald Trump.”
Though the authorities are still gathering all the facts, Black Lives Matter activist Deray McKesson has already helped the police by ruling something out:
It goes without saying that the actions being branded by the far-right as the "BLM Kidnapping" have nothing to do w/ the movement.

Well, that portion of the investigation can be called off then. Or maybe not.
Also, apparently violent and dangerous rhetoric is only to blame for violence when it's the right that's doing it. https://t.co/0rUvQ7Hl4s

But some who replied to McKesson blamed the Right (predictably) for how this story has played out:
Of course. They are displaying the racism they always deny. https://t.co/44yDZcxw0P

People love to hurt the movement any way they can. They add "BLM" to any crime done by a black person. https://t.co/BW6uuJwtYZ

we all need to move away from the term "far-right" & call them what they truly are. Racists, white supremacists, neo-nazis.

Yes but it's the far right. They're not going on facts just racism.
