As we reported earlier this week, Republicans on the House Oversight Committee grilled FBI Director James Comey about a trail of baffling actions and inactions that culminated in no charges being recommended against Hillary Clinton. In one exchange, Comey took exception to a word used to describe the bureau’s investigation of Clinton:
