Laughable promise in Hillary fundraising email proves 'there's a first time for everything'

Hillary Clinton is aware that the public perceives her as a liar, so maybe her campaign figured if they prefaced a statement with a particular promise all would be well, as evidenced by a fundraising email this morning:
