Contained, AGAIN! Does Obama's statement about ISIS sound familiar? [video]

After a Pentagon briefing about ISIS, President Obama gave a news conference to assure the American people that the terrorist threat from the “JV team” he once said was “contained” that later became uncontained, has been re-contained and may soon be finished for good:
