Given the high profile of the person being investigated and the position of power she’s seeking, FBI Director James Comey said recently that his bureau’s investigation of Hillary Clinton would be held to “unusual transparency” standards. Later though Comey testified that the FBI’s interview of Clinton wasn’t recorded or made under oath, and now it’s being reported that another extra precautionary step was taken:
