Is THIS really the endorsement Hillary Clinton was looking for today?

Hillary Clinton is under FBI investigation for her use of a private server and email address for all electronic correspondence while serving as secretary of state. Now, a State OIG report says that Clinton and her team did not comply with the Federal Records Act and were not cooperative with the investigation.

With all that in mind, maybe Team Clinton would have preferred to receive this endorsement at a later date:
