Recently in the Baltic Sea, Russian fighters flew dangerously close to a U.S. Navy destroyer, and the Obama administration responded with the expected strongly worded letter. Russia’s muscle flexing in the region isn’t confined to the air, and a U.S. Navy commander has put yet another damper on President Obama’s 2012 lecture to Mitt Romney that “the Cold War is over”:
