In October, it was reported that emails between President Obama and Hillary Clinton had been discovered and the White House was working to keep them under wraps.
Yesterday, the State Department confirmed that there are emails between Obama and Clinton, and that they would be withheld:

Hmm:
That's weird. Obama said he didn't know about her email address. https://t.co/g0EHVbtod1

Right? In a “60 Minutes” interview last year, President Obama said this:
Steve Kroft: Did you know about Hillary Clinton’s use of private email server–
President Barack Obama: No.
Steve Kroft: –while she was Secretary of State?
President Barack Obama: No.
Go figure:
@redsteeze Has anybody even bothered to ask Obama about this since last March?

Can a reporter ask Josh Earnest about that at Monday’s press conference?

Long past time to have these released…unless they were classified, which Hilary claims couldn't be true. https://t.co/IohzE6RfUs

Hillary Clinton and her defenders seem to have created quite a Catch-22 for themselves:
Hillary says the emails are innocuous.
State Dept says they're too sensitive to release, even redacted.
Gee, I wonder who's lying.
