'Overwhelming' irony: Hillary Clinton proposes $30 billion plan to save victims of Dem regs

In July, Hillary Clinton proposed an agenda to address climate change (before jumping aboard a private jet), and the Democrat front-runner worked for four years for the president who expressed a desire to bankrupt the coal industry.

Hillary is now riding to the rescue of victims of the kinds of regulations she supports, and wants to use at least $30 billion in taxpayer dollars to do it:
