'Must suck to be a progressive': Vox Media code of conduct explains how to make work a safe space

Explaining truth to the masses even when they don’t know what they’re talking about might be good enough for Vox when it comes to dealing with its readers, but as far as employee-to-employee working relations go, that level of arrogance is discouraged by workers at the parent company, digital publisher Vox Media, Inc.:
