What Obama considers threats to climate and national interest baffles

President Obama and John Kerry announced today that the Keystone pipeline is officially dead and will not be built in the U.S.

Obama cited the global threat from climate change as a reason the pipeline should not be built. The perspective this administration takes on global threats is indeed baffling:

ISIS, N. Korea, Iran, Russia, China, no threat. But building the Keystone Pipeline would be the end of the world! According to Obama
