Hillary Clinton’s private server was set up with the help of a former IT employee at the State Department, who has said through his attorney that if asked questions about his work for the then-secretary of state, he would plead the Fifth Amendment.
An unnamed aide for Hillary 2016 told the New York Times that the campaign was disappointed:
