Could this be a reason Hillary's former State Dept. IT aide isn't talking? [Vine]

A former employee of the State Department who helped then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton set up her private email server will plead the Fifth when it comes to questions from Congress, not to mention a State Dept. IG and the FBI.

This helps make a little more sense of why Hillary’s former IT aide might not want to talk:
