'Politicizing a double murder': Rob Delaney's question about the #WDBJ shooting is 'disgusting'

A “disgruntled” former employee is suspected of shooting and killing a WDBJ reporter and photographer during a live news segment in Virginia.

Before any facts or motives were known, the predictable blame-game had already started:

.@NRA Was that on-air double homicide by handgun sponsored content?

Stay classy.

@robdelaney What do they have to do with this?

Oh great – liberals politicizing a double murder before the facts are even known. Congrats on the ignorance! https://t.co/oJBMR3eXKJ

@robdelaney In all seriousness, please help me understand how the @NRA has anything to do with this? I'll wait.

@robdelaney @NRA Rob, your comments are sick, pathetic, wrong, and cold blooded. For once, Shut up and don't make this political.

@robdelaney Your sensitivity is touching. Never let a tragedy get in the way of ideology. @NRA

That's right, don't let 2 corpses get in the way of your agenda. Just step atop them…. https://t.co/PtfrNKLlvv

This is a perfect example of what not to do today. https://t.co/unawISNeVu

That’s certainly not stopping others from blaming the NRA, in addition to Delaney.
