Planned Parenthood is under fire for two (so far) videos that have been released showing PP staffers discussing how the organization harvests and sells parts from aborted babies, and alters procedures in order to not damage certain organs during the abortion process. Horrific, right? Well, the New York Times editorial board actually came to PP’s defense:
The video attacking Planned Parenthood is a fraudulent attempt to make legal, voluntary services look nefarious. http://t.co/O3Sd3WI6bs

The Times’ editorial board writes “a hidden-camera video released last week purported to show that Planned Parenthood illegally sells tissue from aborted fetuses” in fact shows “nothing of the sort.” However, in the article, the only items the board takes issue with are allegations that the practice is illegal, and that PP profits from the sale of harvested baby organs (even though their representative in one of the videos haggled over price). There is no denial that it actually takes place, which is the most horrifying part of it all.
.@nytopinion These babies volunteered to be dismembered and sold off piece by piece, did they?

How do you justify killing 55 million babies? You lie. The latest deception from the mouthpiece of the eugenicists. https://t.co/3yZRPgrYnK

So, just to be clear, NYT editorial board is totally cool with strategic "crushing" of growing babies in the womb: https://t.co/OhlSoA7zpB

— TDaniel (@san1tdm) July 22, 2015
@nytopinion since when is selling body parts legal? Partial birth abortion is also illegal. #gosnell was charged with murder for this.

@nytopinion Fraudulent how? Full unedited recordings have been made available. You're total rubes if you still think this isn't how PP works

The Times’ defense of PP is nauseating.
