Earlier today, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry threw his cowboy hat into the ring for the GOP presidential nomination. Perry was flanked by Navy SEAL twin brothers Marcus and Morgan Luttrell during his announcement.
Jimmy Carter’s grandson, James, who leaked the Mitt Romney “47 percent” video (he’ll remind you of that in a minute), wondered who the men were near Perry during his presidential campaign announcement:
