Sheriff David Clarke: Obama 'doesn't believe a word he said' at Officers' Memorial

During his address, Obama said that America must “heal the rifts” between police and the communities they serve.

Sheriff of Milwaukee County David Clarke, Jr. had harsh criticism for the president:
