Leading up to the elections in Great Britian, Jim Messina, former Obama campaign manager who is now co-chairman of the pro-Hillary Clinton PAC Priorities USA, served as an adviser to the British Conservative Party. Former Obama aide David Axelrod was an adviser to the Labour Party.
