'Spontaneous synergy, or planned propaganda'? Labor Dept all over Patricia Arquette's demand for 'wage equality'

At the Academy Awards last night, actress Patricia Arquette won a round of applause from many in attendance after calling for “wage equality” and “equal rights” for women.

The U.S. Department of Labor was ready to pounce on wage equality:
