Because science! Josh Earnest uses physics to explain Obama's lack of fundraiser transparency

The White House has for years been a laugh-a-minute when it came to defending their lousy record on transparency. Today, Press Secretary Josh Earnest added to the pile:

The “Heisenberg Principle” must trump the “historic levels of transparency” pledge.

Werner Karl Heisenberg was never a press secretary. He was a German theoretical physicist and a pioneer in quantum mechanics. Born in 1901.

Heisenberg won the1932 Nobel Prize in Physics for his neutron-proton model of the nucleus. He died in 1976 at age 74.

With that narrative set up, the White House can now accuse anybody questioning the Obama administration’s lack of promised transparency to be “anti-science” on the issue.
