'Hard for me to believe’: Vox's Sarah Kliff doesn't buy NIH director's Ebola vaccine scapegoat

Director the the NIH, Dr. Francis Collins, has blamed the lack of an Ebola vaccine on budget cuts.

Sarah Kliff, senior editor at Vox.com, isn’t buying that excuse:

Hard for me to believe that budget cuts are why we don’t have an Ebola vaccine, as Collins says. Until now, it wasn’t a priority item.
