'3 months later’: Baltimore Ravens delete 'cringeworthy' tweet about Janay Rice

In late May, the Baltimore Ravens tweeted that “Janay Rice says she deeply regrets the role that she played the night of the incident.”

It took the release of video of Ray Rice knocking out his then-fiancee to convince the Ravens’ social media team to delete that tweet:
