Earlier, a convoy of Russian vehicles was spotted on its way toward the Ukrainian border:

Reporters now claim to have witnessed at least some Russian vehicles crossing into Ukraine:

Didn't even turn off their headlights. Saw Russian military plates on support vehicles, but no markings I could make out on APCs.
