Sarah Palin cites passage from Hillary Clinton's book as ‘1st shot in the real war on women'

In her book “Hard Choices,” Hillary Clinton described how, in 2008, the Obama campaign asked her to join them being dismissive of John McCain’s choice of Sarah Palin as his running mate.

Clinton writes that she responded to the Obama campaign by telling them that she would “not attack Palin just for being a woman appealing for support from other women”:
