All right, what’s Touré saying now?
Meanwhile, @Toure is beating the “poverty causes terrorism” nonsensehorse.

Believing in killing all those of a different faith and labeling them as "infidels" is just a symptom of poverty, says Toure. #WTF

Homelessness and poverty cause terrorism? That sounds so very Touré! Well actually it doesn’t because he didn’t include racism, but let’s take a look at his remarks about the Bowe Bergdahl release nonetheless (partial transcript follows video):
Partial transcript: “We cannot kill our way out of this war on terror. We need to be able to talk to them, and as the AP notes today, this was about setting the stage for future peace in Afghanistan. As long as there is severe global poverty, and chronically jobless young men around the world, a sliver of them will blame the United States for their problems and turn to terrorism. And unless we are talking to these folks, then we’re not going to be able to actually end the conflict. And a war-weary nation should want to do anything we can to actually end the conflict and diminish terrorism as much as we can.”
#RaiseTheWage!
Touré’s remarks mirror those made by Barack Obama days after the 9/11 attacks.

Dana Loesch has a couple of points for Touré to address:
Maybe Toure can explain how terror groups flowing with middle east oil money are "poor" since he thinks poverty = terrorism.
— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) June 5, 2014
Maybe Toure can explain to us then why the Whites of West Virginia aren't declaring to kill all the infidels, if poverty causes terrorism.
— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) June 5, 2014
Here’s a fact that comes as a surprise, given Touré’s diagnosis of a root cause of terrorism:
Hi @Toure, that's interesting you think poverty causes terrorism, when Osama Bin Laden had a net worth of $50 million. #oops
— Angela Morabito (@AngelaLMorabito) June 5, 2014
Toure thinks Osama bin Laden was poor, apparently.
— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) June 5, 2014
Dear @Toure : Osama bin Laden did not attack America because he was unemployed.

Hmm. Who knew?
