Former secretary of state and possible 2016 presidential contender Hillary Clinton has previously cited Benghazi as the “biggest regret” of her tenure in the Obama administration.

Hillary, Simmons College: Q If you could change the outcome of any event what would it be? A 'It would certainly be the attack on Benghazi.'

If Benghazi is Hillary's "biggest regret", as she claims, then what exactly did she do wrong? Has she been pressed on this?
