CNN: Obama admin assesses Russian troops entering Ukraine as 'uncontested arrival,' not invasion [video]

During brief remarks today regarding reports of Russian troops entering the Crimea region of Ukraine, President Obama said he was “deeply concerned” about the situation:

However, the Obama administration has reportedly categorized Russia entering Ukraine as an “uncontested arrival” instead of an invasion:

Admin officials tell CNN's Barbara Starr this is an "uncontested arrival" not necessarily "an invasion" and that this distinction is "key."
