'Why should the rest of the country pay?' Colorado to receive federal grant for 'don't drive stoned' campaign

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is giving the state of Colorado a $400,000 grant for a “don’t smoke pot and drive” campaign, according to the Denver Post and Reuters:

Recreational marijuana was recently legalized in Colorado, and not everybody is thrilled with having to pick up the tab for the consequences of another state’s laws.

No word yet if any of the federal grant money will go towards the purchase of replacement 420 mile-marker signs.
