Rep. Chaka Fattah retweet accuses Twitchy of distorting Fattah's words

Rep. Chaka Fattah, a Pennsylvania Democrat, re-tweeted the above claim that Twitchy distorted his words:

We’re not sure of the specifics behind Fattah’s tweet, and therefore don’t know if he’s citing “media pundits” who are actually discouraging people from enrolling, or those who are simply pointing out how the disastrous performance of HealthCare.gov has made enrollment difficult if not impossible for many. We also don’t know how Fattah could be aware of the status of “media pundits” individual health insurance, whether they’re “telling Americans not to sign up” or not.
