Safest bet ever: Fred Thompson knows a government website that's functioning just fine

The front-end site, HealthCare.gov, is a disaster. But Fred Thompson knows that the site on the other side of that coin where people will have to pay their Obamacare penalties taxes will be purring along like a well-oiled machine.
