Comedian Richard Lewis is back at it again, and apparently has either been too busy to catch up on the news, or has been Barry-caded from the truth:
Not only that, but it was the House Republicans who drafted and passed a separate continuing resolution to pay the military, which was subsequently approved by the Senate and signed by President Obama.
