Rep. Jeff Duncan: Law abiding Americans shouldn't own guns, but it's ok to give them away to these people?

By looking at the kinds of people some gun control proponents consider it perfectly acceptable to give firearms to, it really speaks volume about the opinion they must have of law abiding proponents of the Second Amendment:
