There were many feelings of déjà vu after Secretary of State John Kerry made a statement regarding his certainty about Syria’s possession and use of WMDs.
Kerry was echoed by Obama press secretary Jay Carney:
At WH briefing, @presssec says the evidence that chemical weapons used in Syria "undeniable" and "very little doubt" Assad regime culpable.

Will that be enough to satisfy those often skeptical of such claims?
Relax, people. I'm sure all those anti-war leftists will demand better proof that Syria is using WMD on its own people.

We’ll see.
Dennis Miller and others are wondering why some of the same people who called on Bush to wait out multiple U.N. inspections in Iraq before taking action (after getting congressional approval) aren’t doing the same thing this time:
C'mon Barack, c'mon John…don't fall for that WMD macguffin in Syria until we get the Blue Helmets in there to poke around 17 times or so!

So we’re just gonna go to war in Syria without Congressional authorization and the liberals are gonna forget that’s why the bashed Bush?

But…but…Congressional authority…war powers act..sputter RT @MiekeEoyang: So, #Syria strikes before or after the August recess ends?
