Touré: Slavery 'obviously' partly to blame for high black unemployment

Well, at least somebody from MSNBC isn’t just blaming the horrific level of violence in Chicago only on guns.

The Dems have owned some of the cities with the highest black unemployment for decades. It seems the only “solutions” proposed that are accepted by the Left are to do more of what not only hasn’t fixed the problem, but worsened it in many areas.
