As you all know, last night’s Twitter Spaces event featuring Ron DeSantis and Elon Musk started out with some technical glitches as the servers were apparently having trouble keeping up with the number of people trying to listen, and of course there are those trying to get some mockery mileage out of the situation.
MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” made comparisons intended to make it look like not many cared to tune in to the DeSantis announcement:

Time to play “main graphic vs. background graphic”:
If the peak number was 300K, why does it show you were listening to the Space when there were 534K listeners? pic.twitter.com/wlWV1S0Xmt

One of those things is not like the other.
Morning Joe's graphics guy must really hate his boss. https://t.co/lXTsRJvit7

It doesn’t appear that they compared the main graphic with the background one very closely.

Christina Pushaw returned the favor of “Morning Joe” with a bit of a ratings zinger:
Guess he should’ve announced on your show… no need to worry about breaking the Internet when you struggle to break 2 dozen viewers right Joe? https://t.co/hFFhcPWiCl
